How do we work together?

My Powerful Why

Many years ago, when I adopted Zoe, my first dog, I had no knowledge of how to care for or train a dog. Back then, I didn't have access to positive reinforcement trainers, and I felt uncomfortable with traditional training methods, so I abandoned the idea of training. As a result, both Zoe and later Howie grew up to be lovable but untrained dogs. I never developed leash-handling skills, so I just made the best of the situation.

In 2020 when she was around two years old, I adopted Bianca from a rescue organization. She suffered from chronic diarrhea, fleas, lacked potty training, and appeared fearful of everything. By then, I had already made up my mind to find an effective way to train my dog. As the guardian of a dog facing significant challenges, I was determined to help Bianca transform her struggles into strengths. That's when a friend recommended absoluteDogs, and I decided to give it a try, a decision I haven't regretted.

I wholeheartedly embraced concept training and dedicated myself to my passion for dogs. Following my initial 7-Day Challenge, I completed the ProDog Trainer's fundamental, Geek, and Genius courses, which encompass various training methods and behavioural issues. I am currently enrolled in the Aggressive Dog Masterclass by Michael Shikashio. Additionally, I stay current by attending a wide range of workshops and training sessions.

You are the best caretaker for your dog. Making mistakes is normal, and your relationship with your dog can always improve. Together, we can transform difficulties into strengths. Remember, no matter the problem, 'There's a game for that!'
